In life, we have days where that that is really hard to do.
In 2019, Sandra Belzer Brendale lost her husband, only three weeks after losing her mother.
She bravely made videos during this time, sharing her thoughts and feelings.
Sandra made the following five minute Facebook video, as she prepared for her first day of work after losing her husband and her mother.
Luckily, Sandra’s work allowed her to travel. New scenery and new places can help the grieving process.
Sandra was a living example of being strong and letting her heart soar with the eagles, even in her deepest grief.
